The finished apple/pear juice of the apple/pear processing production line is divided into clear juice and concentrated juice. The whole plant equipment for apple/pear processing is to float, crush, squeeze juice, enzymolysis, ultrafiltration, concentration, sterilization and other processes of fresh apples/pears. The entire production process is fully automated, including automatic control and fault protection, automatic cleaning and other functions, from raw materials to finished products. * Processing capacity ranges from 60 tons/day to 1500 tons/day.  
* Can process fruits with similar characteristics, such as apples, pears, and thorn pears.  
* Use belt juicers to improve juicing efficiency and juice yield.  
* The entire production process is PLC controlled, and all electrical components are imported products, saving labor and greatly reducing the difficulty of operation technology.  
* Low-temperature vacuum concentration ensures flavor substances and nutrients, and greatly saves energy.  
* Tube sterilization and aseptic filling ensure the sterility of the product.  
* Comes with CIP automatic cleaning system.  
* The material contact parts of the system are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, which fully meets food hygiene and safety requirements.
