Product introduction:
Our company customizes a complete set of jam production equipment such as fresh fruit jam, ketchup, concentrated jam, etc., and provides customers with process design, production and manufacturing, factory layout, installation and commissioning, and technical consulting services for the entire line project. Our jam production line is an efficient and automated complete processing system designed for the production of high-quality jams, purees and other products. The entire production line covers five main links: fresh fruit receiving, cleaning and sorting system; crushing and pulping system; concentration system; sterilization system; aseptic filling system. After washing, sorting, crushing, pulping, concentration, sterilization and filling, fresh fruits are finally transformed into finished jams. Each link strictly follows the international high standard design to ensure the hygiene, safety and efficiency of the product.
Process flow:
Raw materials → cleaning → fruit inspection → pre-cooking → crushing → pulping → concentration → filling → sterilization → cooling → finished products
Equipment features:
In addition, this production line also supports the blending and processing of different types of jams, and can flexibly produce a variety of flavors of jams according to customer needs. The production line includes pure water system, hot water generation system, high-speed dissolution system, mixing system, degassing, homogenization, sterilization, filling and capping, empty can conveying and cleaning, tunnel sterilization and cooling, drying and coding equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency in each link.
The entire production line is made of high-quality stainless steel (SUS304 and SUS316), which meets the hygienic requirements of food processing, has advanced design, high degree of automation, self-cleaning function, convenient operation, suitable for large-scale production, helping enterprises improve production efficiency and ensure the quality and stability of jam.Product Display
