Aseptic large bag filling machines are widely used in industries such as juice, jam, dairy, and chemical. It mainly consists of sterile filling head, measuring system, drum conveying system, human-machine interface and PLC control system, operating platform, etc. Specially designed for filling sterile bags of 5-220L. The filling chamber adopts steam injection method to maintain high temperature and positive pressure at all times. The sterilization, opening, filling, and sealing of sterile bag openings are all completed in a sterile environment. Install a condensate collection device to prevent condensate leakage.
Operation process: manual bagging, one click bag clamping, one click filling, until the filling is completed and transported out of the barrel.
