The CIP system is suitable for on-site cleaning of material pipeline equipment in dairy factories, breweries, beverage and general food factories. Main materials: SUS304 and/or 316L. This equipment consists of alkali tanks, acid tanks, hot water tanks, various pipelines and pneumatic valves, pressure transmitters, conductivity meters, platinum resistance thermometers, and control systems. It uses a centrifugal pump to transport cleaning solution for forced circulation in the material pipelines and equipment to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Therefore, there is no need to disassemble pipeline equipment, which can improve equipment utilization and reduce labor intensity for workers. The specific use of this equipment must be combined with the equipment and pipeline layout in the workshop, as well as the cleaning heads.

1. Flexible and versatile: The system can perform acid washing, alkali washing, hot water flushing and other processes separately, and can also develop specific cleaning programs for fully automatic cleaning according to needs; Not only can it effectively clean the equipment, but it can also control the growth of microorganisms; At the same time, semi-automatic and fully automatic control systems can be configured according to customer requirements. Safe and reliable: The liquid level in the tank is automatically controlled and equipped with an overflow protection system; The unique discharge port structure can prevent the crystallization of cleaning solution from blocking the pipeline.
