1. Condensed milk production line
The sweetened condensed milk production line produced by Shandong Vodasco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. adopts advanced technology to accurately control the addition of sugar and the crystallization process of lactose to ensure the high quality and stability of each batch of sweetened condensed milk. The key step in the production of condensed milk is the addition of sugar, which ensures the long shelf life and rich taste of the product by accurately controlling the sugar content in water. There are two ways to add sugar in the production process: one is to add dry sugar before heat treatment, and the other is to add syrup during the evaporation process. During the evaporation process, the syrup is fully mixed with the milk and concentrated to the required dry matter content by a multi-effect falling film evaporator. The amount of dry matter can be indirectly measured by detecting the specific gravity of the concentrate.
The evaporated sweetened condensed milk must be cooled, which is a key step in the entire production process. If the excess lactose crystallizes too large, it will cause the product to become gravelly, affecting the taste and quality. To avoid this problem, we control the crystallization of lactose by rapid stirring and cooling to ensure that it crystallizes into small crystals and maintain the delicate taste of the product. The cooled condensed milk is pumped to the storage tank and left to stand for a few days to complete the crystallization process. Sweet condensed milk is yellow in color, has the appearance of egg yolk paste, and can be packaged into small bags or tinplate cans.
