High-speed pulper (fine pulper)
High-speed pulper, also known as fine pulper, is widely used for pulping and separation of fruits such as tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, apples, pears, and pre-cooked and softened hawthorns, dates, and other fruits. The equipment can process materials ranging from 1 ton to 30 tons per hour according to customer needs. It has high production efficiency and low slag rate, and is suitable for the production process of products such as juice, jam, and puree.
The core structure of the high-speed pulper includes a pulper, a unit bracket, a bracket platform, etc. The drive device, the base box, and the pulping blade wheel in the equipment work together. The aperture of the screen can be customized according to customer requirements to ensure the fineness of the material. In the processing technology, the crushed or preheated raw materials are fed into the pulper through a conveying pump. After the impeller rotates at high speed and stirs, most of the materials are squeezed out through the mesh of the screen and flow into the storage tank, while the skin residue is discharged from the slag outlet to complete the pulping process. The separation effect of slurry and dregs is determined by factors such as the size of the screen mesh, the taper of the screen, and the stirring speed.
