It is suitable for processing tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, and can produce clear juice, cloudy juice, concentrated juice, mango/pineapple canned and jam products. The production line is mainly composed of bubbling cleaning machine, elevator, fruit inspection machine, brush washing fruit, cutting machine, pre-cooking machine, peeling and core beating machine, crusher, belt juicer, separator, concentration equipment, sterilizer and filling machine. This production line has advanced design concept and high degree of automation; the main equipment is all made of high-quality stainless steel, which fully meets the hygiene requirements of food processing.
1. Production line characteristics* Processing capacity ranges from 3 tons/day to 1500 tons/day
* The finished products can be: canned pineapple, pineapple sauce, mango sauce, pineapple juice, mango juice, concentrated juice.
* Can process fruits with similar characteristics, such as mango, pineapple, etc.
* Can be cleaned by multi-stage bubbling and brushing.
* Use a belt juicer to process pineapples to increase the juice yield.
* Use a peeling and core-removing pulper to complete the mango juice extraction.
* Low-temperature vacuum concentration ensures flavor substances and nutrients, and greatly saves energy.
* Tubular sterilization and aseptic filling ensure the sterility of the product.
* Comes with an automatic cleaning system.
* The material contact parts of the system are all made of 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety.
