Shandong Vodasco has equipment engineering experts who can undertake turnkey projects for orange juice, orange juice and lemon deep processing. The orange juice production line includes raw fruit pre-treatment, grader, TCE series whole fruit juicer, TJF series juice refiner, TASTE orange juice concentration equipment, pasteurization and UHT tubular sterilization filling and essential oil extraction and other process flows. While obtaining high-quality concentrated orange juice (or NFC/raw juice), a high value-added by-product-essential oil is obtained. Especially for the processing equipment and process technology of NFC fresh juice, Shandong Vodasco has integrated a complete solution.
