The sleeve sterilization machine adopts a special sleeve structure, which is specifically used for sterilizing high viscosity materials such as jam and syrup. It can perform high-temperature instantaneous sterilization on materials, quickly sterilizing in a very short period of time to ensure that the nutritional content of the materials and the color of the products change little. To meet the diversified requirements of later materials, the thickness of the material pipe fabric has been adjusted to 13MM. Can be used for sterilization treatment of materials including fruit juice, concentrated fruit juice, pulp, etc. containing particles with a diameter of less than 3MM.
Main structures: material tank, material pump, hot water tank, hot water pump, cleaning pump, SIP tank, heat exchange tube group, superheated water heating system, CIP cleaning system, and Siemens PLC controlled touch screen display cabinet.
