It is suitable for the processing of berries such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, and can produce clear juice, cloudy juice, concentrated juice and jam. The production line is mainly composed of bubbling cleaning machine, elevator, fruit inspection machine, air bag juicer, enzymolysis tank, horizontal screw separator, ultrafiltration machine, homogenizer, degasser, sterilizer, filler, labeler and other equipment. This production line has advanced design concept and high degree of automation; the main equipment is all made of high-quality stainless steel, which fully meets the hygiene requirements of food processing.1. System features
* The processing capacity ranges from 3 tons/day to 50 tons/day.
* It can process fruits with similar characteristics, such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and other berries.
* Can process fresh and frozen fruits
* Use air bag juicer to extract juice, can be filled with nitrogen for protection and anti-oxidation; high juice yield and good juice quality.
* Use pasteurization to well maintain the color and aroma of the original fruit
* Through enzymatic hydrolysis and ultrafiltration, a clear and transparent juice product is obtained.
* The whole line has a high degree of automation and does not require a lot of manpower.
* It comes with a cleaning system for easy cleaning.
* The material contact parts of the system are all made of 304 stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety.
