Performance characteristics:
a. The temperature difference between the heating medium and the material is small, which can achieve mild heating. The heat exchange tube adopts a sleeve type, double mirror polishing, less scaling, which increases the working time of the sterilization machine and is less prone to coking.
b. The inner and outer walls of the material pipe are polished using advanced technology, and automatic welding is used for pipeline welding. The pipeline design achieves fully automatic cleaning, and the equipment is automatically sterilized throughout the entire process to ensure the sterility of the system.
c. Accurate and reliable sterilization temperature control: Systems that affect sterilization temperature, such as steam pressure, flow rate, and material flow rate, are strictly controlled automatically.
d. The automation level is high, and the entire process from CIP cleaning of equipment, equipment suicide bacteria to material sterilization can be automatically controlled and recorded.
e. The system has strong security, and all system components are selected from products with good performance and high reliability. The system structure design is reasonable, compact, easy to operate, and the equipment is safe; Steam, hot water, materials, etc. all have pressure protection measures and alarm systems.
f. The system has high reliability, with major components such as material pumps, hot water pumps, various valves, and electrical and executive components of the control system all sourced from world-renowned brands, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability.
