Shandong Vodasco warmly congratulates the successful convening of the first China Milk Bar Development Forum

In order to actively respond to the call of the central government for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", further summarize and exchange experiences, standardize business order, strengthen industry self-discipline, ensure the quality and safety of dairy products in milk bars, and promote the healthy and orderly development of milk bars. The first China Milk Bar Development Forum was successfully held from November 7th to 9th, 2017 in the beautiful kite city of Weifang, Shandong.

The two-day conference agenda conducted in-depth discussions on the content and issues of the entire industry chain of fresh milk bars. More than 400 scholars, industry chain practitioners, enterprise representatives, media personnel, and other professionals from all over the country came to learn and learn from the conference and forum.

The emergence and development of fresh milk bars have been in the domestic market for many years. In the eyes of many experts and industries, milk bars are an objective requirement for the development of China's dairy industry, in line with the development laws of China's dairy industry, an innovation in the development mode of China's dairy industry, a product of the high integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries of the dairy industry, and have become an integral part of China's dairy industry development. Milk bars play an important role in expanding dairy consumption channels, meeting consumers' demands for fresh milk consumption, increasing dairy farmers' income, and activating the dairy market.

This conference was jointly organized by the dairy industries of five provinces including Shandong, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, and Liaoning, and hosted by the Shandong Dairy Industry Association. Leaders from the China Dairy Industry Association, Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Henan Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Shandong Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Shandong Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Vocational College, as well as leaders from sister provincial and municipal associations and representatives from small and medium-sized pastures and dairy bar operators were invited to give important reports at the conference.

As a special co organizer of this conference, Shandong Wodasco Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s general manager gave a special report on the combination of modern equipment and traditional techniques in milk processing during the technical exchange meeting. From the current situation of China's dairy industry environment, dairy farmers, and milk consumption market, to the history and tradition of milk, and to modern milk processing equipment, this article analyzes and explains from multiple dimensions.

The on-site response was strong, and after the meeting, many people visited and negotiated at the Vodasco equipment exhibition area.

After the exchange report, Zhu Hetian, Honorary President of Shandong Dairy Industry Association, presided over the closing ceremony and presented trophies and certificates to individuals, units, and outstanding suppliers who have contributed to the development of the dairy bar. He also read out the "Forum Proposal" on site.
