Fresh Milk Bar is a new phenomenon and business model that emerged during the transformation period of China's dairy industry. It is a product of the integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries within the dairy industry.

Practice has proven that the development of fresh milk bars has played an important role in expanding fresh milk consumption, broadening dairy consumption channels, reducing circulation costs, meeting consumer needs, protecting the interests of small and medium-sized ranches, and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the dairy industry.

In order to actively respond to the call of the central government for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", further summarize and exchange experiences, standardize business order, strengthen industry self-discipline, ensure the quality and safety of dairy products in milk bars, and promote the healthy and orderly development of milk bars, the first China Milk Bar Development Forum will be jointly held in Weifang, Shandong in mid October. 4、 Main content of the forum

1. Conference report and communication;

2. Forum session and cheese technology lecture;

3. Commending individuals and units (suppliers) who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the milk bar industry;

4. Product and equipment display;

5. Visit sightseeing pastures and fresh milk bars on-site;

The forum invites Wang Ling, Deputy Director of Shandong Food and Drug Administration, to give a report on the quality and safety of Fresh Milk Bar dairy products.

5、 Fee Standards

The fee standard for this forum is 500 yuan per person for conference fees paid before October 10th (based on the payment date); 600 yuan/person for conference fees paid after October 10th; Vice President and Executive Director units of Shandong Dairy Industry Association are exempt from conference fees. The expenses are mainly used for meal expenses, venue rental fees, expert fees, material printing fees, and other expenses. Please note the names of the attendees when making the remittance.
