High-temperature sterilization kettle is a key equipment widely used in the food and beverage industry. It is specially used to quickly and effectively perform high-temperature sterilization of liquid or semi-solid food to ensure the hygienic safety of the product and extend the shelf life. According to different process requirements, high-temperature sterilization kettles are divided into three types: water bath type, spray type and steam type, which are suitable for different sterilization processes and packaging requirements.
Features:
1. High-temperature short-time sterilization: All types of high-temperature sterilization kettles adopt high-temperature short-time sterilization process, which can quickly reach the predetermined sterilization temperature and quickly heat up without exhaust, which significantly improves production efficiency and has excellent energy-saving effects.
2. Energy saving and environmental protection: The process water used in the sterilization process can be recycled, reducing steam consumption and cooling water treatment costs. The kettle body is made of aluminum silicate wool and polyurethane foam for insulation to reduce heat loss and meet the environmental protection requirements of low carbon and low emissions.
3. Precise temperature control: Each model of high-temperature sterilization kettle is equipped with an advanced temperature control system to ensure that the temperature in the kettle is accurately controlled within plus or minus 0.5°C. It adopts a PLC fully automatic control system to support multi-stage heating and accurate temperature. and pressure control to ensure the stability and consistency of each batch.
4. Diversified configurations: It can provide a variety of functional configurations according to different packaging needs (such as iron cans, glass bottles, flexible packaging, etc.) to meet the sterilization needs of a variety of products. Optional functions such as steam sterilization, automatic door opening, and adjustable speed can be flexibly adapted to a variety of production scenarios.
5. Automation and safety: The entire sterilization process is automatically completed in strict accordance with the preset formula, and has a multi-level password protection system to prevent misoperation. After the equipment is powered off and restored, the program automatically resumes to ensure uninterrupted production. Triple safety interlock device and double safety valve design ensure safe operation and avoid any potential safety hazards.
