Dual filter, also known as dual switching filter, is a filtering device composed of two stainless steel filters connected in parallel. Its main features include novel and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation capacity, easy operation, etc., and it has a wide range of applications and strong adaptability.
Its structure and working principle:
A dual filter usually consists of two three-way ball valves that assemble two single cylinder filters onto one machine base. When cleaning the filters, there is no need to stop the machine to ensure continuous operation. The equipment is supported by a metal mesh basket inside the filter element or filter bag. The liquid flows in from the inlet, passes through the filter element, and flows out from the outlet. Impurities are intercepted in the filter element. When one filter element is clogged, the three-way ball valve can be switched to another filter to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the host.
